Terms and conditions

These terms apply to orders placed on instructorsigns.com.au. Instructor Signs is a division of Prestige United Ventures Pty Ltd (ABN 21 602 137 217). In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Prestige United Ventures Pty Ltd trading as Instructor Signs. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the real product, and product images may show optional extras. Dimensions and specifications are listed on each product page.

Prices and GST

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery is free Australia‑wide. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before processing the order and you can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, in which case we will refund you in full.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, with no surcharge. You can also pay with Afterpay, Klarna or Zip, which are subject to the provider's own terms. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Delivery

We deliver free of charge anywhere in Australia. We will email you tracking details when your order is dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by events outside our control. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you have provided.

Send Sign to a Sign Maker

Our roof signs are supplied blank. If you choose the free "Send Sign to a Sign Maker" option, we will deliver your blank sign directly to a sign maker nominated by you or selected by us. The sign maker is independent of us. You deal with them directly to design, approve and pay for the printing of your sign, and they send the finished sign to you. Our responsibility for delivery ends once the sign is delivered to the sign maker. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for the sign itself are not affected.

Custom-printed door signs

Magnetic door signs are printed to your details. Please check the details you give us carefully, as we cannot accept returns of custom-printed items for change of mind.

Using your signs

Make sure your car's roof and doors are clean and dry before fitting magnetic signs, and check they are secure before you drive. Remove magnetic door signs every few days to clean underneath them, and remove all magnetic signs before using a car wash.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Our returns, refunds and 2-year roof sign warranty are explained in our returns and refunds policy. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits your rights under that law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and apart from the guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Website content

The content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without our permission.

Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you place it.
